Hotel Information 

​

Stafford Baseball League has secured blocks of rooms at hotels conveniently located to both the Tournament fields. All teams must utilize one of these hotels for the duration of your stay per Babe Ruth Headquarters. Teams may check out upon completion of their tournament trail, a 9-night stay is required.

  • Meet & greet with the World Series Task Force, pick up team credentials and uniforms.

Come on out and meet all 31 teams.

Each player will have the opportunity to participate in the skills competition. The events are as follows:

Around the Horn, Bunting, Outfield to home throws (target), and Home Run Derby

All teams will be announced and walk the route in our welcoming to Stafford Parade of Champions.​

Guest Speakers will address the players and welcome everyone and officially open the 2026 World Series event!

Daily Fan & Tournament Fan Pass/Tickets

Manager, coaches and players will be provided team credentials which will allow access to all games throughout the duration of the tournament. 

​

All parents, friends and fans will be required to purchase tickets to attend one or more games throughout the tournament. Daily Fan Passes are $10 a day, per person (Unlimited single day games). Children under five do not need tickets.

​

A discounted Tournament Fan Pass can be purchased which provides access to all World Series games throughout the week (Aug. 8-16). The cost of the Tournament Fan Pass is as follows:

​

  • $50 per person on or before midnight on July 25

  • $60 per person on or after July 25

​

•All daily and tournament passes must be purchased ONLINE on the Tickets page of this website.

•All tickets must be shown at entrance to park.

•Tickets are being sold on Ticket Spice platform.

•There will be no cash ticket sales at the parks.

Stadium & Park Rules

​

•Each team can bring in one large team cooler into the dugout prior to each game.

 No weapons of any kind

•No drugs or drug paraphernalia

•No Alcohol

•Smoking and Vaping in Parking Lot designated area ONLY.

 No Boom Boxes by teams

 No Streaming of games (Streaming may be purchased through Jock-Jive)

•No pets permitted other than service animals

​Team Travel

​

Babe Ruth League, Inc.’s rules, regulations, and policies have been created, reviewed and revised over the past seven decades to ensure a safe, fun, and healthy environment for all children. For those who make it to the pinnacle of the tournament trail, our top priority is to ensure the players, coaches and managers are provided with the best options to enjoy the World Series experience. It should be noted that Babe Ruth League pays quite a bit of the expenses, as well as secures sponsorships, to achieve this goal. 

​

For team travel assistance, only the Team Manager should contact marg@baberuthleague.org. Please be sure that your Tournament Roster is SUBMITTED and APPROVED prior to contacting Marg for travel assistance. As soon as your travel arrangements have been finalized, we ask that you contact Babe Ruth League Headquarters and the Host Tournament Director so that we are aware of when your team will be arriving at the World Series site.

World Series Player Registration -

Look for an email from Babe Ruth League that contains a special link to register your players for the 2026 World Series. This is a simple online registration that will give you a chance to review and correct any name spelling issues, provide uniform sizing information, and provide biography questions that may be used in media events for the World Series.

Complimentary World Series Uniforms- 

The Official World Series Uniforms will be distributed at check in. Your team (players, manager and coaches) will be supplied with a complimentary uniform package:

  •  Jersey

  •  Pants

  • Belt

  • Socks

  • Hat

Teams may also purchase the optional secondary (Away) uniform package, which includes:

  • Gray Jersey

  • Gray Pants

  • Socks

Teams that purchase the secondary uniform package will also have the opportunity to purchase the special Salute to Service USA Jersey, which this year features a commemorative America 250 logo.

In addition, parents and team supporters will have the option to purchase replica jerseys of their favorite players.

 

Team managers will receive an email with detailed instructions, links to the Babe Ruth PORTAL  and important deadlines regarding World Series team uniforms.

Decorate the Park - 

We want your players to Decorate the Park! Parents can send in a high-resolution photo along with league and player information and we will create a 2-1/2 x 5-foot banner. Please visit the store link below for email instructions.

  • The banners are shipped to the World Series site and displayed throughout the park.

  • After the series is complete, the banners can be taken down by each featured player and taken home to be a great keepsake!

  • These banners will be available in the portal to upload photos by each team directly from Babe Ruth League.
